Welcome to Lush N Leafy HK. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Our Products

• All floral arrangements are handcrafted and may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website due to seasonal flower availability.

• We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value if a specific variety is unavailable, while maintaining the overall style and colour scheme of your order.

• Product photos are for reference only.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of your requested delivery date and time.

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

• We accept payments via credit/debit card/Payme/FPS.

• All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Delivery

• Delivery charges vary by zone and are displayed at checkout.

• Delivery times are subject to traffic and weather conditions. We will do our best to meet your requested time slot but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

• If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, we will attempt to leave it in a safe location and notify you. Lush & Leafy HK is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will not be refunded.

5. Liability

• Lush N Leafy HK is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

• Fresh flowers are perishable. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
